Subscription terms in one paragraph
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars at the price shown on the plan. By confirming a plan you agree to that amount being charged today and on the same calendar day each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time from Manage subscription or by emailing support@catarinaribeiro.shop; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Sheet allowances reset each month and do not carry over. Refunds are handled under the refund and cancellation policy. Everything Paintoku sells is delivered digitally as files you download — there is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

Colour counts explained
- 12 colours — Large areas, few of them. Start here. Roughly 3–5 hours.
- 24 colours — Noticeably smoother shading. Where most people settle. Roughly 8–14 hours.
- 36 colours — Close to the original tonal range. Small areas, long evenings. Roughly 18–30 hours.
Print sizes explained
- A4 · 210 × 297 mm — An afternoon's work. Good for a first attempt or a small gift.
- A3 · 297 × 420 mm — Holds detail, and frames to a proper size.
- 40 × 50 cm canvas — The standard kit canvas. The vector PDF stays crisp at full size.
Every plan produces the same three files. What the plan changes is how many sheets you may make, how many colours you can ask for, how large you can print, and whether the output carries a watermark.
Billing
Charges, renewals and cancelling
The price shown on your plan is charged in US dollars when you start the subscription, and again on the same day each month until you cancel. The amount and the billing period are shown before you confirm, and we email a receipt for every charge.
Open Manage subscription and cancel there — it takes the same number of steps as starting did, and it works from any device. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the month you have already paid for. If you would rather we did it, email support and we will.
Yes. Every receipt and renewal notice contains a link straight to the cancellation page, so you are never more than one click away from stopping the next charge.
No. There is no setup fee, no per-sheet charge and no charge for downloads. The monthly price is the whole cost, and prices are shown inclusive of nothing else being added later.
The page tells you, and you can move up a plan at any time — the new allowance is available immediately. Allowances reset at the start of each month and do not carry over.
Yes, under the conditions set out in the refund and cancellation policy: write to us within 14 days of a charge describing what went wrong. Where a fault on our side prevented you from producing sheets, we refund that month in full.
