Change or cancel, online, in one step
Cancelling is deliberately as simple as subscribing was. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and nothing to ring up.
What cancelling does
- Stops the next renewal immediately — no further charges are made.
- Leaves your current month intact; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
- Keeps everything you have already downloaded, and the licence that came with it.
- Does not delete anything, because we do not store your pictures or your sheets.
Cancel your subscription
Cancelling takes one step, from any device, with no phone call and no retention questions. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further charge is made after that.
Once the site operator has configured the subscription portal, this button opens it directly and the cancellation is immediate. Until then the request above reaches the same inbox and is actioned the same day we read it.
Change plan
Moving up a plan takes effect straight away and the larger allowance is available immediately. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for. Either way the new price is shown before you confirm.
Receipts and payment method
A receipt is emailed for every charge and each one contains a direct link to this page. To update the card on a subscription, or to ask for a copy of a past receipt, write to support@catarinaribeiro.shop. The payment portal itself is configured by the site operator.
Your rights, plainly
- No lock-in. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel the day after you subscribe.
- Told before every charge. Each receipt and renewal notice carries a link straight back to this page, so stopping the next payment is always one click away.
- Same medium. You subscribed online and you can cancel online. We will never make you phone, chat or wait.
- Refunds. Set out in full in the refund and cancellation policy, including the 14-day window and what happens if a fault on our side stopped you working.
